Super Mountain Bread & Diamonds offers freshly baked sourdough bread by the michelin-starred super chef Paolo Casanova in combination with the unique designs of the up-and-coming jewelry designer Angelo De Luca.
In nearby Madulain, Paolo Casanova develops new recipes for Bread & Diamonds that represent the highest quality using regional, organic certified ingredients. Paolo's sourdough bread lasts at least a week and is easier to digest than conventional, industrially produced bread thanks to the special sourdough.
Angelo De Luca is a St. Moritz based jewelry designer. Since his childhood he was attracted by the lights, the colours of the gemstones and the sparkle of the jewels.
"I express my emotion through my jewels, there is always a hidden secret in every of my pieces, for an intimate connection. I like beautiful gemstones where this doesn't mean only quality, but empathy.
