Paolo Casanova – Gran Alpine Sourdough

This white sourdough weights 800g and is made out of organic Gran Alpin flour from the Canton of Grison. The sourdough fermentation makes it easier to digest and allows you to keep it for 5-7 days covered in a kitchen towel at home.
